My Creative Mission

Hello, let me introduce myself..

Hi, I’m Anna Wallis,

An Innate Wellbeing Coach, Wedding Mindset Coach, Artist, Wife, and Mum to two beautiful children.

​

I created Heart Space Art to offer something many of us rarely give ourselves, a safe space to simply pause, breathe, and just be.

A space where there is no pressure to be perfect, no expectations to meet, and no fear of judgement.

The very first thing I invite you to do is leave perfectionism, self-doubt, and comparison at the door. For many people, that can feel uncomfortable at first and that’s completely okay.

Most of us have spent years being taught to strive, achieve, and constantly prove ourselves, carrying deeply embedded beliefs that tell us we’re not enough or that we have to “get it right.”

Our minds and egos naturally try to protect us by holding onto old thought patterns and fears, even when they no longer serve us. But those thoughts were often created years ago, and they don’t have to define who we are today.

The magic begins when you start to understand the mind differently. Through the understanding of the Three Principles, alongside the therapeutic power of art and creativity, I gently guide people back to themselves helping them move beyond stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and limiting beliefs.

At Heart Space Art, I offer nurturing art workshops and personalised one-to-one coaching sessions designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, creativity, and true self. You don’t need to be “good” at art. This isn’t about creating perfection, it’s about expression, healing, self-discovery, and seeing life from the inside out.

My mission is to create a warm and welcoming environment where you feel safe to explore, grow, and remember who you truly are beneath the noise of the world. Because when we reconnect to ourselves, we begin to live with more freedom, calm, joy, and authenticity and step fully into the main character of our own lives.

Why am i so passionate about introducing art as a form of relaxation therapy because on my own healing journey i have found that art wasn't all about the creating a picture on the hunt for approval it was actually about the process of when in that moment i was escaping out of the thoughts that was causing me so much anxiety and worry and finding myself drop into my heart space, keeping me grounded and in a mindset that enable my inner wisdom to sometimes point out the obvious that my ego and busy mind just wasn't getting. The first time i painted just for the fun of putting paint on a canvas with no finished project in mind, i created my favourite piece, the buddha. It sits on my wall and each day i see something different about it but in the moment i had no idea what my creative mind and innate wellbeing were leading me too, My artist name is Dimocky art, but this will be coming over to the heart space name, at that is what i do, paint from my heart space.
